Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on Fifa Artist infringes your copyright, please provide our DMCA Agent with the following information:

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the material: Identify the material that has been removed or disabled and provide the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  2. Your contact information: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  3. A statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.

  4. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA claim. If the original claimant does not file a lawsuit within ten business days, we will restore the material to our site.

Repeat Infringers

Fifa Artist reserves the right to terminate users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
